Operator Checklists

A practical maintenance rhythm

Adapt these checks to each model's manual and your venue's operating procedures.

01 / Every day

Before opening

A brief walk-through can catch visible problems before the first play session.

  1. Look for loose trim, damaged cables, spills or blocked ventilation around each cabinet.
  2. Clean player-touch surfaces using products approved for the machine's materials.
  3. Run a test play and check display, sound, payment and controls.
  4. Mark any machine with an unresolved safety or gameplay issue out of service.

02 / Every week

Preventive care

Keep a repeatable record so changes in machine performance are easier to spot.

  1. With equipment powered off, clean accessible exterior surfaces and surrounding floor areas.
  2. Inspect visible fasteners, moving parts and wear points without opening electrical enclosures.
  3. Check airflow openings are unobstructed and listen for unusual fan or motor noise during operation.
  4. Record the date, machine model, serial number and any symptoms in a service log.

03 / When something goes wrong

First checks & support

Collect useful details before requesting repair guidance from the Elong team.

  1. Stop play if the machine is unsafe, overheats, smells unusual or has exposed wiring.
  2. Note the exact symptom, any on-screen error and when the issue occurs.
  3. Check only operator-accessible settings and connections described in the model manual.
  4. Send the model and serial number, photos or a short video, and the steps already tried to support.
For internal electrical work, component replacement or persistent faults, disconnect power and use a qualified technician. Always follow the model-specific manual.
