A practical maintenance rhythm
Adapt these checks to each model's manual and your venue's operating procedures.
01 / Every day
Before opening
A brief walk-through can catch visible problems before the first play session.
- Look for loose trim, damaged cables, spills or blocked ventilation around each cabinet.
- Clean player-touch surfaces using products approved for the machine's materials.
- Run a test play and check display, sound, payment and controls.
- Mark any machine with an unresolved safety or gameplay issue out of service.
02 / Every week
Preventive care
Keep a repeatable record so changes in machine performance are easier to spot.
- With equipment powered off, clean accessible exterior surfaces and surrounding floor areas.
- Inspect visible fasteners, moving parts and wear points without opening electrical enclosures.
- Check airflow openings are unobstructed and listen for unusual fan or motor noise during operation.
- Record the date, machine model, serial number and any symptoms in a service log.
03 / When something goes wrong
First checks & support
Collect useful details before requesting repair guidance from the Elong team.
- Stop play if the machine is unsafe, overheats, smells unusual or has exposed wiring.
- Note the exact symptom, any on-screen error and when the issue occurs.
- Check only operator-accessible settings and connections described in the model manual.
- Send the model and serial number, photos or a short video, and the steps already tried to support.
